You should be Kean for this
Usually I steer clear of puns.
They’re not my thing.
But I couldn’t help it today.
You see, in the last few months I’ve come across a lovely lady called Laura Kean, and her surname just lends itself so wonderfully towards positive puns that it almost felt wrong NOT to chuck one into the subject line.
But anyway, I digress.
As you’ve probably guessed, I’m a bit of an HR snob. There’s so much bad advice out there, and so many employment law myths that your average business owner just hasn’t got a clue where to go.
So when I come across someone who knows their HR onions, I’m drawn to them like a moth to a flame.
Well, not quite as creepily as that, but you get the gist.
And Laura is that flame in this particular narrative.
You see, Laura is a bona fide training expert, but more importantly, for the purposes of this email, she provides services that:
- I don’t
- Add enormous value to small businesses
I’m with the ‘sharp end’ of HR, whereas Laura’s not at either end – she focuses on helping to improve performance, sorting out dysfunctional teams and providing solutions to achieve positive and profitable outcomes.
If you’re a manager, or you employ managers, then there’s a very good chance that Laura can add some value to you, and if you’re interested in this, you’re in luck – she’s running a course in Dorney on November 19th.
